Tammy Ruigrok is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design and coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at MOI since February 2021, Tammy also works as a Coach for FASTer Way to Fat Loss and as an Independent Consultant for Beautycounter, both starting in March 2022 and January 2020, respectively. With a strong background in fitness, Tammy has been a Group X Instructor at American Family Fitness since February 2009 and previously at Gold's Gym from September 2005 to August 2015. Earlier career experience includes the role of Project Designer at Creative from May 2005 to August 2020. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The Art Institutes, earned from 2002 to 2005, and an Associates in Specialized Technology in Visual Communications (Graphic Design) from The Art Institutes, completed from 1996 to 1998.
