Nupur Dagar, SPHR®, has substantial experience in human resources, analytics, and corporate sustainability. Currently serving as Manager of Colleague MIS & Analytics and as Chief of Staff under the Head of Corporate Sustainability and the President of the American Express Foundation since August 2017, Nupur has held various leadership roles at American Express, focusing on colleague strategic priorities and market partnerships. Prior experience includes roles at Reliance Industries Limited, where significant contributions to talent management and diversity initiatives were made, as well as internships at Philips and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Nupur holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hansraj College.
