Melinda (Mindy) Wong currently serves as Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Chief Information Officer at American Express, overseeing technology strategy and fostering collaboration between technology and business teams. Previous roles at American Express include Vice President of Technology Strategy and Planning, and various director positions focused on omnichannel strategy and enterprise architecture. Prior experience includes positions at PepsiCo as an R&D Scientist, where Melinda worked on product development and ingredient science. Melinda also gained project management experience through an internship at the U.S. Department of Energy. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
