Maria Zaki is a highly experienced Product Manager with a diverse background in product management and technology solutions. Currently serving at American Express since March 2024, Maria previously held senior product management roles at Rouse Services, LLC and Rivian, where responsibilities included the ownership of shared systems and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experiences. Prior to those roles, Maria contributed to product management at Carvana, focusing on transportation management system implementations, and began a career at Cognizant as a Technology Solutions Analyst managing significant IT projects.
