Luna Chen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure and site reliability. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at American Express since August 2022, Luna previously held senior and software engineering roles at Pollen from January 2019 to August 2022, where significant achievements included migrating infrastructure to AWS and developing the Pollen Slack Bot. Luna also optimized CI/CD workflows and introduced Infrastructure as Code using Terraform during tenure at Pollen. Prior experience includes a software engineer position at Thought Machine, focusing on open source build systems and implementing Behavior Driven Development, and a software developer role at Dentsu Aegis Network.
