Chetna Batra is an experienced professional with a diverse background in team leadership and engagement, digital marketing, and culinary arts. Currently serving as a Team Leader at American Express since February 2020, Chetna is responsible for setting up and nurturing a team of 12, along with leading colleague engagement initiatives for a team of 7. With previous roles in account protection and fraud analysis, Chetna also engages in sustainability efforts as a core team member of Green2gether-India. Outside of American Express, Chetna operates as a licensed HAM radio operator and serves as Advertising Project Manager for National CleanUp Day. Additional experience includes roles in digital advertising, graphic design, public relations, and culinary management. Chetna holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education.
