Bhanu Gulati is a seasoned professional in training and development with extensive experience in diverse roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Director of Learning & Development at American Express since April 2020, Bhanu leads training design for Global Credit and Risk Operations. Previously, as Director of Training & Quality at Concentrix, Bhanu oversaw the Training & Quality workforce across India, China, and Kuala Lumpur, managing performance, budget, and client relationships. Bhanu's career also includes significant achievements at Convergys, where roles spanned from Director of Training Delivery for the APAC region to the position of Senior Manager for India Training Delivery. Initial work experience includes frontline roles in customer service at Grand Hyatt. Bhanu holds a degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Anwar Uloom College.
