Azhar Alvi is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and content creation. Since January 2014, Azhar has served as a Team Leader for US-Disputes at American Express, overseeing a team of analysts in managing complex disputes between cardmembers and merchants. Previous roles at American Express included Lead Dispute Analyst and Analyst, focusing on dispute resolution, risk indicators, and credit bureau data analysis. In addition to operations, Azhar has contributed as a freelance writer and editor for CEOWORLD magazine and various self-employed projects, specializing in automotive journalism, travel blogging, and graphic design. Azhar holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management.
