Wendy Kirchoff has extensive experience in the energy industry and policy advocacy. Wendy currently serves as the Vice President of Regulatory Policy at the American Exploration & Production Council, where they lead regulatory efforts on behalf of independent onshore producers. Prior to this, Kirchoff worked as a Board Member for the Ground Water Protection Research Foundation Inc, supporting research and education in ground water protection. Wendy also served at Chevron as an OEMS Advisor, facilitating the integration of operational excellence culture. Kirchoff spent several years at Noble Energy, holding various managerial and advisory roles in regulatory policy and new ventures. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Federal Resources and Legislative Affairs at the Independent Petroleum Association of America and served as the Legislative Director in the U.S. House of Representatives. Kirchoff began their career as a policy intern at Texas A&M Ag and Natural Resource Policy in 2001.
From 1996 to 2001, Wendy Kirchoff attended Texas A&M University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences.
