Rick Macdougall is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a System and Network Administrator at AEI since April 2002, Rick brings a wealth of expertise from previous roles, including Co-Owner at Internet Quebec Inc from February 1994 to February 2002 and IT Consultant at Nortel from January 1992 to January 1997, where responsibilities included bringing the new US Billing system online. Rick holds a degree in Computer Science from John Abbott College, completed between 1983 and 1989.
