Joval Pangga has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Section Manager and Project Manager at American Engineering Corporation (AEC Japan) since August 2019, overseeing significant HVAC and refrigeration projects at Yokosuka Naval Base and Yokota Air Base. Previously, Joval held roles such as Mechanical Design Engineer at NES Pacific and Estimator - Mechanical at AEC Japan. Early career experience includes positions as a Junior Technical Training Instructor at Philippine Airlines and as an Instructor at the University of the East. Joval Pangga holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the East, earned from 2007 to 2012.
