Ann Riley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process excellence and member experience within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Process Excellence and Vice President of Member Experience & Innovation at American Eagle Financial Credit Union since May 2012, Ann previously held roles as an Adjunct Faculty member teaching various business management courses at Riverside Community College from September 2006 to July 2017, and as a West Coast Process Coach at Kisco Senior Living from February 2010 to April 2012. Ann's early career includes a significant tenure at Altura Credit Union as Senior Vice President of Quality, where responsibilities included managing quality initiatives through Six Sigma and Business Process Management, alongside developing a complaint management system. Ann Riley holds an MBA in Finance from California State University-San Bernardino, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
