Jennie Feliciano

Jennie Feliciano has extensive experience in customer service and manufacturing leadership. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at American Customer Care since October 2020, Jennie previously held the position of Manufacturing Lead/Supervisor at Sure-Lok (Q'Straint) from August 2006 to April 2016, where responsibilities included inventory management, production planning, and shipping/receiving. Jennie holds certifications from Midlands Technical College in Forklift Operation and from Lehigh Carbon Community College in Accounting Technology/Technician and Bookkeeping, as well as training in cosmetology from Empire Beauty School.
