Rachel Swain has a strong background in business and project management. Rachel currently holds the position of IT Manager, Quality Systems at American Credit Acceptance since August 2011. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Business Manager at More Than Tile from 2008 to 2010. Rachel has also held titles such as Sr. Manager, Originations Projects and Project Manager - Sales at American Credit Acceptance. Their responsibilities include team coaching, maintenance and growth of accounts, customer service, goal attainment, and process improvement. Rachel's expertise lies in sales, project management, and vendor negotiations.
