Whit Cornman is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media relations and grassroots advocacy within the life insurance industry. Currently serving as Director of Media Relations at the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) since June 2000, Cornman develops strategies that secure positive media coverage in major outlets and authors influential op-eds on key industry topics. Previously holding positions as Manager of Grassroots and Communications Specialist at ACLI, Cornman implemented innovative communication strategies and coordinated advocacy efforts to engage legislators effectively. Prior experience includes serving as Communications Manager at the U.S. Grains Council and providing administrative support. Cornman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in German from Dickinson College.
