Previous roles at Lincoln Financial Group involved managing a compliance support team for PFML programs and delivering legal support across various divisions, while earlier experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance included providing compliance support for New York's first paid family leave program and contributing to legal research and knowledge management initiatives. Montgomery holds a Master of Library & Information Science with a focus on Law Librarianship from the University of Washington, a Doctor of Law from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Rhode Island.
