Kyle Perigard has extensive experience in the legal and legislative sectors, currently serving as a Legal Editor at the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) since July 2019, where responsibilities include tracking regulations and providing compliance services for member companies in the life insurance industry. Prior to this role, Kyle worked as a Legislative Associate at Stateside Associates, analyzing healthcare policy and legislation, and previously held a position as a Legislative Research Assistant. Early career experience includes a Legislative Intern role at the Office of Tommy Norment, where legislative research and constituent outreach were key tasks. Additionally, Kyle completed an internship as a Legal Editorial Intern at ACLI in 2015. Kyle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy and Government from William & Mary, earned in 2018.
