Hallie Koch is a Congressional Lobbyist at the American College of Surgeons since September 2024. Previously, Hallie held the positions of BrainPAC & Political Affairs Manager and Government Relations Program Manager at the American Academy of Neurology from May 2022 to September 2024. Hallie's experience includes political project management, candidate tracking, and grassroots program management at the Democratic Majority for Israel from September 2019 to April 2022. Other roles include Political Associate, Political and Organizing Intern, Legal Receptionist at Guerrieri, Barro, National Security Network Intern at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, and various internships with AIPAC and the U.S. House of Representatives. Hallie Koch is currently pursuing a Master of Studies in Law at The George Washington University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University, where a public policy focus was emphasized.
