Nicole Roberts is a Marketing Data Scientist at American Century Investments since May 2023, focusing on machine learning models for customer segmentation and lead management. Previously, as a Data Scientist at EXPRESS, Nicole collaborated with various teams to implement data-driven strategies and conducted feature engineering with SQL. At OptyX-Fi, Nicole developed a machine learning pipeline that predicted VIX prices and enhanced traders' investment decisions. Earlier experience includes a role as a Web Developer at Simple the App, where Nicole architected a comprehensive CRM system. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University.
