Hayley Bell has a diverse work experience, starting in 2018 with roles as a Server and Concierge at Woodside. In 2019, they became a Lead Bartender at Nomads Music Lounge. From 2018 to 2021, they also worked as a Dance Instructor at Legacy Studio of Performing Arts. In 2021, they interned as a Midwest Organizing Intern at NARAL Pro-Choice America. In 2022, they worked as a Recruiter at The Outreach Team and later joined American Bridge 21st Century, first as a Media Monitor and Video Researcher and then as a Deputy Media Monitoring Director.

Hayley Bell attended the University of Arkansas from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies.
