Brendan K. Collins is a partner at Ballard Spahr LLP since 1988, with notable involvement in significant litigation cases, including Michigan v. EPA. Additionally, Brendan serves as Vice Chair of the Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee of the American Bar Association since August 2010 and previously held the position of Chair for the Environmental Litigation and Toxic Tort Committee from 2008 to 2010. Brendan obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics from Saint Joseph's University.
