Joy E. Bronson is an experienced professional in grant coordination, community service, and church ministry. Currently serving as the Lilly Endowment Grants Coordinator and Congregational Liaison at American Baptist College, Joy manages significant initiatives funded by the Lilly Endowment. Previous roles include working as an Associate at CauseImpact, LLC, and Minister of Mission & Ministry at Broad St. UMC, where Joy supported congregational missions and spiritual growth. Additionally, Joy co-chaired the City Year Columbus Alumni Association, fostering community engagement among AmeriCorps alumni, and served as Training Director for the OHIO CASA GAL Association, enhancing collaboration among advocates across Ohio. Joy's career began as a Program Coordinator with Community Properties of Ohio, focusing on poverty alleviation strategies, and as Training and Data Coordinator with City Year, providing support for AmeriCorps members. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Africana Studies from The College of Wooster and a Master's Degree in Divinity from Vanderbilt University.
