Morgan Gaines has held several marketing and communications roles throughout their career. Morgan currently works as a Marketing Communications Manager at AAIS, where they lead corporate marketing and internal communications efforts. Prior to this, they were a Marketing Communications Manager & Editor for the Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Associations Institute, where they managed editorial production and budget aspects for Quorum magazine and oversaw social media and marketing communications for the chapter.

Before that, Morgan served as VP, Corporate Communications at The Shaddock Companies, where they executed communications objectives for various brands under the company. Morgan also developed and led internal communications plans and engagement strategies.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Catholic Charities of Dallas, Inc. as a Marketing Communications Officer, where they played a significant role in change management and led internal communication strategies. Morgan also served as a Marketing Communications Manager at the organization, responsible for creating communications strategies and materials and preparing reports on marketing effectiveness.

Morgan's work experience also includes a role as a PR & Marketing Coordinator at kristendickson weddings & events, where they directed the creation of PR materials and assisted with media relations and event coordination. Overall, Morgan has demonstrated success in leading marketing and communications initiatives for both for-profit and non-profit organizations across diverse industries.

Morgan Gaines attended Southern Methodist University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. They studied Corporate Communications & Public Affairs and Psychology during their time at the university.
