Justin Cooper is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager at American Airlines with extensive experience in recruiting strategies and team leadership. Since joining the company in February 2015, Justin has successfully led staffing initiatives for airport and call center operations, hiring over 17,000 team members in 2022 and 11,000 in 2023.
