Karen Rigoni, Ph.D., CUDE, is a highly experienced professional in leadership development, technical policy communication, and instructional training, currently serving as the Manager of Leadership Development & Technical Policy Communication at American Airlines Federal Credit Union since January 2017. With a rich background in education and training, Karen has held various roles, including Learning and Development Specialist and Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where responsibilities included curriculum design and faculty development. Additional experience includes performance coaching in member services, independent training consulting, and leadership roles in educational settings, complemented by extensive academic qualifications, including a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction.
