Gina Chapa currently serves as the Vice President of Guest Experience for the Dallas Mavericks since March 2024, and has held the position of Vice President of Guest Experience at the American Airlines Center since May 2003, where responsibilities include overseeing guest experience philosophy and service standards. Gina has experience managing multiple departments, including Guest Services and Security, and has directly supervised a workforce of 400 part-time employees in various roles. Previous roles include Event Staffing Manager for Adecco at Cirque du Soleil, where 500 associates were recruited and managed, and Program Manager for MTZ Meetings, focusing on the planning and execution of meetings and negotiations with venues. Gina Chapa holds a Master of Fine Arts from CUNY Brooklyn College and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Angelo State University.
