Heidi Koziarz has an extensive background in case management and customer service, currently serving as a Case Manager at American Addiction Centers since July 2021. Since March 2015, Heidi has also been a Caregiver at Comfort Keepers, assisting the elderly and disabled with daily activities. Additionally, Heidi has been a Customer Service Representative at Lowe's Companies, Inc. since February 2015, where responsibilities include processing internet orders and assisting customers. Previously, as a Store Manager at Aldi from December 2015 to July 2021, Heidi oversaw store operations and managed associates.
