Ilana Bulkacz is a National Development and Grants Assistant at America Votes since June 2024, previously serving as a Campaign Services Donor Relations Associate at Hillel International where responsibilities included primary donor contact and communications support for Philanthropic Services and Finances. Ilana gained experience as an Advancement Leadership Intern at the University of Oregon Advancement, completing rotations across various divisions. Additional experience includes conducting affordable housing assessments with the Institute for Policy Research and Engagement, interning with the U.S. House of Representatives, and facilitating sexual violence prevention workshops at the University of Oregon. Ilana's skills in communication were further developed through internships with Oxford Urbanists and service work with UO Hillel. A graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in Planning, Public Policy, and Management, Ilana has also worked in customer service positions at Fresh Thymes Eatery and Lucky's Bakehouse.
