Mane Poghosyan has work experience in various roles and companies. Mane started their career as an Intern at Inecobank CJSC in October 2017 and later became a Distance Sales Specialist in February 2018. Mane then worked as an HR Specialist in the Motivation Programs and Benefits Management Division at Inecobank from May 2021 to July 2022. Concurrently, they taught at the Russian-Armenian University from September 2020 to August 2022. Currently, Mane is an HR Specialist in the Employee Relations and Benefits Management Division at Ameriabank CJSC, starting from August 2022.

Mane Poghosyan completed their Master's degree in Business Economics at the Russian - Armenian University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same university, studying from 2014 to 2018. During their earlier education, from 2003 to 2010, Mane attended Gymnasium N15, but no degree or field of study is specified during this time.

Furthermore, Mane has obtained multiple certifications throughout their career. These include certifications in Talent Management Metrics, Certified C&D Professional, Employee Experience and Design Thinking, Employer Branding, People Analytics, Project Management, HR Management, Advanced MS Excel, and a course for entrepreneurs called "Getting Closer to Business" by VTBank 24 Leasing. The certifications were acquired between 2017 and 2023 from various institutions such as About People, AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, Project Management by Astghik Sahakyan, Business Development Group, and MasterClass Academy.
