Klava Muradyan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and sales. Currently serving as a Senior Service Specialist at Ameriabank CJSC since April 2019, Klava has progressed through various roles including Customer Service Specialist and Junior Client Manager. Prior to this, Klava held the position of Sales Manager at OverWaveLabs and worked as a Customer Service Specialist at INGO ARMENIA Insurance CJSC. Klava began a career in the financial sector as a Loan Officer at Anelik Bank. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree from the Armenian State University of Economics, completed between 2012 and 2018.
