Donavan Cox is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, leadership training, and public safety. Currently serving as the National Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador at Amergis Healthcare Staffing since March 2020, Donavan coordinates programs across 77 field offices, remote staffing hubs, and corporate headquarters. Prior roles include Learning and Development Manager, overseeing training for field personnel, and Senior Learning and Development Specialist at gymGO Fitness, a co-founded live fitness training platform. Additionally, as the Chief Executive Officer of DDC Total Health and Wellness LLC from February 2012 to 2017, Donavan led the organization as President. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Law Enforcement Officer and training coordinator with the Baltimore Police Department and as a Health and Recreation Specialist in the United States Air Force from 1989 to 1993.
