Michael Russell, PMP, SPC, PMI-ACP, A-CSM, CSPO has over 20 years of experience in various project management roles. Michael is currently working as a Senior Engineering Project Manager at AMERGINT Technologies. Prior to this, they worked at Odyssey Systems as a Branch task lead for the Engineering, Professional, Administrative, and Support Services (EPASS) contract, where they directly supervised a team of 26 program managers, engineers, and administrative professionals. Michael also provided program management expertise for the Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR) Program Management Office.

Before joining Odyssey Systems, Michael worked at the 618th Air and Space Operations Center as a Weapon System Program Manager, where they advised the Commander on future IT systems and oversaw strategic planning. Michael also served as the Air Mobility Command Information Technology (IT) Portfolio Manager at the Directorate of Strategic Plans, Requirements & Programs; Headquarters Air Mobility Command (AMC), where they represented AMC for executive-level IT portfolio management and programming. During their tenure, they championed AMC IT capability requirements and worked with TRANSCOM and Army/Navy component representatives to advocate for enterprise IT policies.

Prior to working at AMC, Michael served as the President of O'Fallon (Illinois) Sunrise Rotary, where they led a team of 55 volunteers in serving the community. Michael also worked as a First Officer at Continental Airlines, providing first-class customer service to passengers traveling to domestic and international destinations.

Michael has a strong background in the military as well, having worked in various roles within the Air Mobility Command. Michael served as the Chief of Standardization & Evaluation and C-9A Evaluator at the 76th Airlift Squadron and as a C-5 Instructor Pilot at the 21st Airlift Squadron.

Michael obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Information Technology Project Management from Webster University in the years 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Educational Technology Leadership at The George Washington University from 1993 to 1996.

Their undergraduate education involved studying Behavioral Science at the United States Air Force Academy, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree from 1983 to 1987.
