Chad Jones, PMP, currently serves as Senior Pre-construction Manager at Ameresco since November 2022, following a brief tenure as Sr. Project Controls Engineer at Bechtel Corporation. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Director and Operations Manager at Sylvan, Inc. and Project Manager at McCarl's Inc. and Wanzek Construction, Inc. Chad's earlier positions also include Project Manager at McCarl's Inc. and Manager of Outage Support at FirstEnergy, where project controls for the Fossil Fleet were implemented. As Project Controls Manager at Allegheny Energy, Chad oversaw a team dedicated to facilitating the planning and execution of power station outages, while earlier roles involved project controls coordination and construction management at CH2M. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Point Park University and an Associate degree in Electronics from the Washington Institute of Technology.
