Misty King Hays has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2007, they held the role of Assistant Manager at Coldwater Creek for a period of eight months. In 2008, they joined Direct Source Products as a Sales Representative and Account Manager, where they remained for over a decade. In 2019, they transitioned to AmerCareRoyal, initially serving as the District Sales Manager. Later on, they took on the position of Department Manager - Inside Sales, which they currently hold.

Misty King Hays attended Sam Houston State University from 1988 to 1991, where they studied Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
