Doug Perry began their work experience in 1996 at Nyman / The Chinet Company, where they served as a Product Manager and Corporate Account Manager until 1999. From 2000 to 2008, they worked at Huhtamaki as a Global Account Manager. Doug then joined PWP Industries, Inc. in 2008 as the Manager of Corporate Accounts until 2010. From 2010 to 2018, they worked at Pactiv as the National Sales Manager. In 2018, Perry joined PaperWorks as a National Account Executive and later held the roles of Senior Director of Sales, Paperboard Division and Vice President, Paperboard Sales. Doug is currently employed at AmerCareRoyal as the Vice President of National Accounts, a position they have held since 2023.

Doug Perry attended Western New England University from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Marketing.
