Patrick Metras, MBA, PMP, LEED AP BD-C has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various leadership roles in the construction and facilities management industry. Patrick currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Amentum, where they direct growth strategies for the Intel Community line of business. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Business Development at AECOM, where they led the development of growth strategies and successful captures. Patrick also served as the Director of Program Operations and Program Manager at AECOM, overseeing multiple worldwide Life Support Facilities Maintenance efforts. In addition, they worked as the Operations & Maintenance Manager at Lockheed Martin Corporation and as a Senior Project Manager at Lockheed Martin Corporation, Afghanistan, managing construction task orders and serving as a Construction Subject Matter Expert. Earlier in their career, Patrick worked at Project Developers Inc as a Project Manager and Project Superintendent, managing radio frequency shielding construction projects. Patrick also served as the Operations Manager and Project Superintendent at Dietze Construction Group Inc, where they successfully managed daily operations and project management for a range of construction projects. Overall, Patrick's experience showcases their expertise in business development, program/project management, facilities management, and construction operations.

Patrick Metras completed their education with a Masters of Business Administration degree from The University of Arizona Global Campus, expected to be completed in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University in 2018 and an Associates degree in Applied Science, Business Administration from Colorado Technical University between 2010 and 2012.
