Jo Hall is an experienced professional in business development and marketing, currently serving as the Social Value Lead at Amentum since July 2024. Previously, Jo held the position of Head of BD, Marketing and Comms at Archus from November 2021 to July 2024, and prior to that, was the Head of Business Development and Marketing at HGL - Commercial Construction for a brief period in early 2021. Jo's experience also includes leading marketing and business development efforts at Sweet Construct from December 2019 to December 2020, and serving as Executive Director at Bath Racecourse from 2011 until December 2019, where full P&L accountability was maintained, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and delivering significant redevelopment projects. Jo Hall holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Law from the University of the West of England.
