Greg Hartman has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting. Greg started their career at Volt Workforce Solutions in 2011, where they specialized in areas such as warehouse, assembly, technicians, and high volume recruiting. During their time at Volt, they handled various recruitment tasks, including job orders, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and client coordination. In 2016, Greg moved on to Kelly Services, where they worked as a Staffing Supervisor, recruiting and hiring substitute teachers and paraprofessionals. Greg also handled payroll issues, conducted background screenings, and provided counseling to employees. In the same year, Greg joined CoorsTek, Inc. as a Corporate Recruiter, focusing on engineering ceramics manufacturing. Greg worked on custom solutions and material selection, utilizing their expertise in a wide range of technical ceramic compositions. In 2019, Greg joined Sierra Nevada Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Partner II, where they specialized in aerospace and defense technologies. Greg later transitioned to Amentum, serving as a Senior Recruiter and eventually as the Lead Recruiter. Throughout their career, Greg has demonstrated expertise in various recruiting responsibilities, including high volume recruitment, interviews, screening, and candidate assessment.

Greg Hartman, CSSR, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University. Greg also received an Associate's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Mid Michigan Community College. Prior to their college education, Greg graduated from North Farmington High School with a High School Diploma. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR) from AIRS powered by ADP in 2021.
