Eda Cecia serves as the Deputy Program Manager for the DOS Global Antiterrorism Training Assistance (GATA) at PAE since October 2019, overseeing operational support for the GATA II Contract. Prior to this role, Eda worked at Engility Corporation as a US Department of Justice Contractor and Regional Analyst for Europe/Eurasia from December 2014 to October 2019, where responsibilities included providing international criminal justice training support. Eda’s extensive experience with the US Department of Justice ICITAP at the US Embassy in Tirana spanned from June 1998 to October 2014, managing in-country training programs focused on police training and border management. Early career positions included serving as a Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Local Government and as Chief of the Legal Department at the Municipality, where Eda led legal teams during significant political transitions. Eda holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and has completed an Analytics Certificate Program at Management Concepts in Washington, DC.
