Karima TAHLAOUI has over a decade of experience in human resources management, currently serving as Responsable projet ressources humaines and Responsable ressources humaines at AMELIS groupe SODEXO since June 2012. In this role, Karima oversees intervention teams, manages paid leave, resolves employee conflicts, ensures disciplinary measures, and focuses on the integration and retention of personnel. Previous experience includes roles as Chargée de recrutement et planning at O2 and Assistante administrative at IMPRIMERIE MONSOISE, along with an early position as Agent d’accueil at Leroy Merlin. Karima holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, as well as a Bachelor's degree and a DUT in Human Resources from the same institution and University of Lille 1, respectively.
