Kellie Reece began their work experience in 2004 as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at DCH Health System. In 2010, they transitioned to Amedisys as a Director of Operations, a position they held for ten years until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Branch Director at Encompass Health. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Amedisys since 2022.

Kellie Reece earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Mississippi University for Women from 2004 to 2006.
