Manisha Karthik is an experienced Incident Manager currently working at Amdocs since May 2024, and also serves as a Mentor for the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC) where the focus is on guiding skilled immigrants in their career advancement. With a strong background in incident management, previous roles include Incident Management Specialist at FNF Canada, where implementation of Service Now streamlined workflows, and Incident Manager at Capillary Technologies, responsible for incident lifecycle management. Earlier experience includes monitoring AWS services at Tata Consultancy Services. Manisha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
