Jose Irvin Sebache is a Senior Java Developer at AMCS Group, working on an integrated cloud-based contract and billing solution for telecommunications companies. Prior to this, Sebache worked as a Principal Consultant at Oracle, specializing in developing billing systems using Oracle OUAF, CCS, and OCI.
