Charis Nikolaou has a diverse background in technical support and IT systems engineering, currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at AMCO SA since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Egnatia Odos S.A. as an IT Systems Engineer within the Tolling Systems Infrastructure Support Unit and as an IT Support Engineer from June 2021 to October 2024. Charis also worked as a Front Desk Agent at Vodafone from May 2019 to June 2021 and gained technical support experience at Forthnet from August 2016 to January 2019. Charis holds a degree from the University of Western Macedonia, completed between 2010 and 2015.
