Anik Patel is an experienced IT freelance recruiter currently working with AMCDE since November 2016, focusing on connecting talented individuals with career opportunities. Prior experience includes serving as an IT recruiter at Saitech from May 2015 to October 2016, where recruitment and manpower solutions were provided to various companies. Anik also gained valuable experience as an HR intern during a brief tenure at Thermax from September 2014 to March 2015 and at Apollo Tyres Ltd from July 2014 to November 2014. Anik contributed as a volunteer for the National Service Scheme at IIT Delhi in 2013. Anik holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
