Chao has played a crucial role in the launch of premium services such as AMC Premiere and AMC+, and oversees the distribution workflow with vendors and MVPDs. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of VOD & TV Everywhere at Charter Communications, where Chao was instrumental in managing the video on demand catalog and ensuring accurate content delivery. Previous roles also include management positions at Frank N. Magid Associates and iN DEMAND, focused on mobile strategy and product management, respectively.
