Chad Dueck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical support. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Ambyint since August 2013, Chad focuses on leading and coaching teams, enhancing processes, and driving innovative solutions. Previous roles at Ambyint included Customer Success Operations Lead and Client & Field Services Team Lead, where Chad ensured exceptional service delivery to clients. Prior to Ambyint, Chad held positions such as Client Services Specialist at High Def Technologies and Technical Support Lead at NavNet Inc., along with project management roles in the A/V industry. Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies from Briercrest Bible College and a diploma in General Bible Studies from International Bible College.
