Tuva Brekke Krossli currently serves as a Recruitment Consultant at Amby, focusing on equipping high-growth companies with effective recruitment strategies since August 2022. Additionally, Tuva holds dual roles at Coop Norge as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and previously as a Recruitment Advisor, contributing to the recruitment efforts for the seamless customer experiences division. Prior experience includes roles in various educational and organizational capacities, ranging from a booking coordinator and recruitment advisor at Pedagogisk VikarSentral AS to assistant roles in educational settings. Tuva has a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Bergen.
