Kim-Rafiq Larsen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the HR-tech SaaS sector. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Amby since August 2022, Kim-Rafiq previously held the same role at Talentech Norway from January 2020 to August 2022, overseeing the financial operations of four brands with a combined revenue exceeding 100 million NOK. Key achievements include facilitating the financial integration of multiple companies and implementing a new subscription management tool and cloud-based ERP system. Prior experience includes working as an Economic and Administration Consultant at Webcruiter AS, focusing on accounting and invoicing, and playing a pivotal role in a financial transaction with the private equity firm Verdane. Kim-Rafiq holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Oslo and Akershus University College.
