Gabriel Alves has a diverse work experience in software development. Gabriel began their career at Ambush in 2017, where they worked on a project to migrate a PHP application to a micro-service based application using Elixir/Phoenix and Apache Kafka. Gabriel also developed applications for embedded devices and served as the lead developer on a separate project.

In 2018, Gabriel joined GOAT as a software developer, focusing on backend and embedded systems. Gabriel developed an embedded application for scooters and built the backend for the company's mobile apps and webpage. This project required expertise in deploying embedded systems and knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform.

Prior to that, Gabriel worked independently on various customer applications from 2011 to 2017. Gabriel utilized languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, and Jquery for applications related to mobility, waste disposal, e-commerce, online classes, anti-cheating measures in online games, and game server maintenance.

In 2015, Gabriel worked as an Academic Researcher at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Here, they applied machine learning techniques to discover architectural rules in software and implemented them as an Eclipse extension.

Gabriel Alves attended the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
